HI, I don*t really get it. The Captcha was always loading properly but since a few days it is not. What can I do to prevent losing customers, because they are complaining that they cannot submit the form.

I've checked some of your JotForm in your account and I see that the captcha is loading fine on each form. As I test submit one of your JotForms, I was able to submit it without any issues.
Have you embedded the forms on any of your webpages and experiencing this issue? If so, please provide us with the webpage URL so that we can take a look at the webpage and provide you with necessary assistance.

Using Chrome under Windows 8.1, the contact forms and captcha codes on both of my sites seem to be working with test messages. What browser and OS are you using? Have you tried a different browser?
