Page keeps loading when I try to log in Jotform Account.

    I'm having the same problem signing in. Just hangs and gives me the loading bouncing bullet. Same when I try to send a form to support.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Could you please try to restart your device clear the browser cache and then try it again and see how it goes? You can also try to use a different browser or incognito mode.

    Shut down all browsers.

    Restarted my computer.

    Opened Safari and cleared the cache.

    Tried to sign on -- same thing. Just clicking "Login" gives me a loading screen with bouncing dots. It never advances to allow me to enter any information.

    Did the same with Chrome, same result. Just a hang when pressing the "Login link." Incognito window gives the same results.

    Is there some other temporary way to login without going through your hanging link? I really need to update some forms today based on other businesses pricing and date changes.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Could you please try to open a direct login page and then try to log in? Use this link https://www.jotform.com/login/ and then try to log in directly from this page.
