    A prior employee set this up and we need to adjust several things. Can someone please call me. We also are going to upgrade from the free version. I also received an email that the account is closed to over quota, etc. There were 2 auto response emails that happened after I ran a test through that are incorrect. I need this form to be fixed this week as we open nominations on Monday.  Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello jhollern,

    Unfortunately we do not provide support over phone. Our primary mode of support/communication is through forum support.

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have upgraded it to premium monthly subscription already with order #INT150407-5617-32555.

    I also received an email that the account is closed to over quota, etc.

    Since you have upgraded your account, that seems to have solved your over quota issue. Your account is active and all your forms are also working fine. Do test your form and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to change the autoresponder email content? Please explain what is not correct with your form's autoresponder and we will surely help you. Since we cannot answer multiple question in one thread, I would suggest you to please create a new thread and explain your question a bit more in detail in the new thread.
