I created a Potential Hazard Form. The PDF works from the computer, but when opening the pdf from Dropbox and using Adobe Reader, we get an error message and the form will not submit. The error message reads "the document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged."

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I believe this is a problem with the iPhone and iPad and other mobile phone, the fillable PDF forms cannot be submitted using the PDF readers on mobile. It is a different case on a desktop or computer as this can read more the PDFs. To learn more about the fillable PDF please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator. Also, you are viewing it on an outside source which is on Dropbox then viewing it on Adobe Reader. Could you try downloading it instead?

For mobile devices, I would advise that you use the web forms instead when filling out the form, this will give your users the full feature and functionality of the form.

I'll still forward this to our developers so that they may be aware of this, the fillable PDF form is still continuously being developed to improve its features so your feedback is important to us.

Please do take note that this is more of a feature request rather than a bug, we are unable to provide a specific date for this, but rest assure that we will update you when we hear any news.

    Kind regards.
