Requesting to have my account deleted

Since removal of the account would mean that all of your jotforms and their data would be removed as well. Since this removal is permanent, please do confirm your request.

If you stay on the free plan however you will be able to return to them at later time - if you decide so, your data would also be saved, while no charge would be made towards your account.
