How to remove indention in the TextArea field content

This is about this form:

Under 3. Terms and Conditions, in terms and condition paragraph.. the first item always shows up with several space in the front when I preview the form. The 1. Purpose should be align to the left. 

It appears no space in the default value. Please let me know how to fix it, or please fix it on behalf of me.
