Hello, for some reason none of our accounts are receiving forms today can you please look into it?

Also, I just tried a test form myself, and I never got the submit confirm, which all forms should be getting. So not sure whats going on here. Please someone look into this ASAP. We are a page for lost or found dogs, and dogs lives depend on us getting this info out there immediately

Thank you for letting us know.
Our system seems to be operational and running properly. We also do not have similar reports about this as of this day. However, there were updates made on Google Drive Integration a while ago. I see that GDrive is active on your forms. The problem might be related with forms integrated with GDrive not continuing to the thank you page. However this has been quickly remedied by our developers. We suggest to try it again this time.
