Notifier not firing up on edit submissions

    We have to be able to edit forms after they are created. The {edit_link} is placed at the top of the email.

    The office manager receives the Notifier.  The therapists fill out the form and receive the AutoResponder.

    When a form is edited the Office Manager (Notifier) get a copy of the edited form in an email.  However the Therapist (Autoresponder) does not get a copy.

    How do we set it so the Therapist (person completing the form) gets a email copy of that edited form.

    These are setup in the form: Lifelong Therapeutics OT Form

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Autoresponders are not fired up on edit submissions. However, there's a workaround for that by using notifier as the autoresponder.

    Here's how:

    1. Create a new notifier

    2. Enter the email field variable in the Recipient E-mail box.

    To get the email field variable, simply right click the email field in the form builder then show properties. Copy the field variable (it's wrap with curly brackets) e.g. {email4}
