Can we just have one login and use it across the company

    We are a small company and won't have a ton of forms that require signing.  We might have a survey or two but not much.  Can we just use the free version, have one login, and then create a single sales agreement form per agent with their unique e-mail address?  It's very unlikely that we'll have close to 100 submissions in a month and we will not be taking payments or collecting payment information via the web.  


    Just want to make sure we are looking at the right tier.

    You can use our service in exactly the manner you are trying to.  You can create as many forms with as many fields as you like with "Free" accounts.  Then just change the email notification for that specific form to that of the agent it is associated with:

    If you do not need payment/SSL submissions, you can receive up to 100 submissions per month.  If you need less than that, you should never have to upgrade.
