In addition to the above have you had any recent delivery problems or issues? I have an account that I have used your form for on two of his websites. He says that his form submissions are way down and in testing it this morning I have tried several times to send something through with no success. i.e. he is not receiving the email

Email notifications are handled by our email servers. On regards testing forms, if you have configured a different email address, but you are using the test button, this will not work. It will always send the email to the email on the jotform account's profile. To really test it, please fill the form out and submit it.
If the problem persists, then let us know the email address you are trying to send the forms and we will look into it.
