When I test the system it shows that the form is successfully submitted but my customer is not getting an email from jotform. Please help as customer is very mad!Page URL:

I've checked the form embedded here: http://www.americanwindowtinting.com/quote%20request.htm and I see that is associated to a guest account and unfortunately I cannot inspect it for this reason.
