How can I add additional forms if I want to combine for into one payment?

We are a private school and will be using these forms to enroll students. We want to have payment as the last step in enrollment. Is it possible to have an option at the end of the enrollment form to add additional sibling enrollment forms. My idea is to have a check box at the end of the enrollment form to read something like, "Add additional sibling YES or NO." If yes, a new enrollment form will populate. If no, payment info will populate. Is this something that can be done and if so, how do we do it?
