I'm trying to downgrade my account and when I tried to do so, I was sent to another website and asked for login information I do not have. Could I please get assistance on this as soon as possible.

You have paid Your JotForm subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus. Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.
I already went on and have already canceled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled for downgrade on November 24, 2011. Feel free to resubscribe anytime you wish to use our paid services again.

Hi there, I actually have another problem...
I have not received payment from a form submitted. It was paid and the form did go through but nothing was deposited into my Paypal account. Can I please get assistance with this?
