URGENT-------Need the Appointment Slots widget to clear values upon conditional hiding.  Basically in the form if a user selects the project category required the listed projects using the Appointment Slots widget, will appear.  If they select a project there, change their mind and select another category, the original project selection will not clear even with the "Celar a field on hiding" Advanced Setting is Enabled.

Please help!!!  I have 1 day to ensure this functionality can work ensuring users only select one project.

The form in question is http://www.jotform.us/atscomposer/2015springserve

    Hello Adam,

I did few test and it seems the input data of conditionally hidden widgets does not gets cleared. It works fine with other form fields but not with widgets.

Let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them. Please be noted that we cannot provide an ETA on this.

    Thank you!

Is there at all a workaround for this?  The goal is for registrants to sign-up for only one service project.  However we have structured the form so that registrants select a project category and, in most cases, then a project.

    Hello Adam,

Unfortunately, I am unable to find any workaround to clear the widget input values.

One possible solution I can think of is to move all the "Appointment Slots" widgets to separate page (through Page breaks) and disable the back button. That means if one appointment slot widget is displayed based on condition, user cannot go back and change the category. They will have to refresh the form to see the first page and change the category.

I am not sure if this solution is practical for you but if you like it, I can create a demo and show it to you.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
