I checked our records and I do not see any current payments. The most recent payment I saw associated with your account or email address was the failed on the caused your account to be downgraded. If you have your subscription confirmation number, we will be happy to make sure that it is properly applied to your account. Just let us know and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
