Latest entries not syncing to Google Drive spreadsheet

In checking our form this morning, it appears the three most recent entries received have not been exported to the corresponding spreadsheet  in Google Drive (can see them in Jotform but not Google Drive spreadsheet). Everything seemed to be exporting flawlessly up until yesterday. Any idea why this may be happening and how we can get this auto-exporting again?

I'm having the same issue with all of my forms with Google integration.  It's causing major communications problems with my team as they can't collaborate on incoming information.

    Hi,

We were experiencing some issues over the last couple days with our Drive and Docs integrations.  This should now be fixed.  Our apologies.  If it is still not working for either of you, please let us know and we will be happy to have a closer look.

We have created several protected columns in our Google Drive spreadsheet (separate from but corresponding to the content auto-importing from Jotform), such as tracking numbers, dates contacted, etc. I'm concerned that removing and recreating the Google integration -- the prescribed course of action -- will wipe that data out. How should we handle this?

Our developers have notified us that the issue with the Google integration has just been resolved.

Please try to connect to it by:

    1. removing the current integration
    2. Recreating the Google Drive integration

or if you are connecting to Google Spreadsheet then instead of the second step above, the second step would be:

    2. creating a new Google Spreadsheet integration

Do let us know if you have any further issues after following these steps.

Again, concerned taking either of the courses above will overwrite/delete data that we have manually entered into our Google Drive spreadsheet alongside synced Jotform data. How do we re-establish integration without compromising that data?

I'm facing a similar issue as SchoolDesigns.  We have heavily customized formatting and additional columns in our connected Google sheet that we do not want to lose/recreate

The previous data in your sheet should not be affected in any way.  Additional columns should also be retained.  However, I would recommend making a copy of your current sheet before redoing the integration, just to be safe.

Maybe I'm being dim here.  When I re-set up the integration, Jotform creates a new folder and sheet rather than connecting to the existing sheet, even when I use the same name of the existing folder and sheet.  Am I missing a step?

Same thing happening for me, PghArts. And as expected, said new form contains none of the modifications or columns added to that original spreadsheet. Before I manually copy them into the new re-integrated spreadsheet and get it all back to how it was, want to make sure I'm not missing an easier way.

The easiest way unfortunately is to copy the old data to the new sheet.  It unfortunately only pulls submission data and not the data added to your old sheet.  This is one of the shortcomings of our integration that we are working hard on improving.  I apologize for any trouble this has caused you.

Thanks, David.  I was afraid of that.  Luckily, I only have one sheet with heavy customization, so it won't be the end of the world to re-create it.  All of my non-customized sheets are updating just fine again, so I won't have to do anything there.

Thanks again for all your help!

Again, our apologies.  I'm happy to hear your unmodified sheets are now functioning properly.  If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
