Potentially Moving Over from FormsCentral because of Shutdown

Asked by Kevin Clarke  on April 09, 2015 at 11:43 AM

    Hi ,

I've been sing forms central for our organisation. I looked at as couple of your demo's which seem fine. I could not see though if you can insert fields side by side as you can in forms central. Is this possible?

Regards PayPal payments does this work in a similar way to forms central where you can monitor registrations and the payments in the same database excel form?

If we do move over. I was confused what the subaccounts means. If I only wanted users to view registrations but not edit is there still a limit to the Sub account allowance?

Lastly, we use Expression Web and Word press for our web site editing. I assume your forms support these?

    Thanks for your help

    Regards

    Hi,

To start things off, welcome to JotForm!  If you would like, you can import your forms and data directly from Forms Central.  Here is a link to our import tools:

Let me see if I can run down your questions in order.

I've been sing forms central for our organisation. I looked at as couple of your demo's which seem fine. I could not see though if you can insert fields side by side as you can in forms central. Is this possible?

This is definitely possible.  You need only shrink your fields:

Regards PayPal payments does this work in a similar way to forms central where you can monitor registrations and the payments in the same database excel form?

You can run an excel report of your submission data:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report

Or even have your data pushed directly to a Google spreadsheet:

If we do move over. I was confused what the subaccounts means. If I only wanted users to view registrations but not edit is there still a limit to the Sub account allowance?

Sub-users are only available to paid accounts and we do limit the number you are allowed based on the subscription level:

Lastly, we use Expression Web and Word press for our web site editing. I assume your forms support these?

Depending on which Wordpress you are using, here are our guides on embedding your forms:
