Problem with ReCaptcha reload button

    I have been using iWeb to create my site - - although I am having a few small issues with the form I created on your site.

    The 'Reload' button on my ReCaptcha field does not work on my website.  Neither does the 'Audio' interpretation of the text.  I have attached the page below.

    Another issue I have is that I want to have 'Required Fields' display, but without the following:

    (a) I don't want pink backgrounds when someone tabs out of an empty field, (just want them to transparent) and

    (b) I don't want the text boxes with 'This field is required' to show - they are forcing the form boxes down my page and the Submit button becomes hidden - is there any code you could advise on to fix this?

    Hi KingPro,

    I have tested your form on Chrome and Firefox and found no problem on ReCaptcha Tool, can you please recheck if you are still having difficulties reloading captcha? Thanks.

    To remove "This field is required" error and making the red background into transparent, please inject this CSS Codes into your form.

    .form-line-error {

    background:none repeat scroll 0 0;

    .form-error-message {

    display: none !important;

    To inject Custom CSS in your form, please follow this guide:

    1. While  on  your form (Edit Mode), click Setup & Embed then  Preferences

    2. On the Preferences window, goto Form Styles tab and then insert your CSS Codeunder Inject Custom CSS Box.

    Clicking on "Close Settings" will then automatically  save the changes.

    I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance with this. Thank you for using JotForm and have a great day!

    The "Reload" and audio translation buttons in your re-captcha field does not work because of script conflicts between your site and the form.

    To avoid this conflict, kindly use iFrame codes instead to embed the form on your site.

    To get your form's iFrame codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
