We had a client book with us yesterday via jot form. However, for some reason, the form was processed again during the middle of the night around 1am. The client said she wasn't near the computer when this happened so we are confused as to why this occurred. She was charged twice. Is there a way to look into this and prevent it from happening again?

Please try also the alternative option to integrate your JotForm to Google Spreadsheet using Zapier service
It should fixed the repeated submissions when transferred to Google spreadsheet.
