Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not have integration with SharePoint. I'm not sure how it relates with Google Drive. But if you mean embedding form to SharePoint, this guide will help. http://www.jotform.com/help/152-Adding-Form-To-SharePoint-Site

About the Google Drive issue recently, there has been changes made to it today and it should be working normally by now. There was an update released from the Google side which affects this particular integration so our team have been constantly working on the fix to get this thing ironed out.

is there any update to this? Is there a connector we could use to allow submissions from site A feed to a SP list on site B?
