    Integrations Spreadsheet submission count is less than actual Submissions

    I have a live form at:

    I have set it to integration with Google Calc so that we can see a spreadsheet summary of submissions.

    A big problem:

    We have received 3 submissions - I know this from the notification emails and from viewing the Submissions via the Jotform option to View Submissions and also the CSV Export option, however, when I view the integrated Google Calc sheet, only 2 of these 3 submissions show.  The very latest submission is not visible in the spreadsheet - the one that is timestamped 9/04/2015 11:31.

     

    This is urgent because the customer has access to the spreadsheet and so the integrity of Jotform is now in question.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience, our developers have informed us that they are doing some modifications on the Google integration yesterday and caused the integration to have some problems. To fix this please remove the existing Google Spreadsheet integration that you have, after that refresh the page and re-integrate.

     

    It will create a new spreadsheet but will load all the submissions that you have.
