Unable to access the options on the Account page

    WHAT A GREAT FORM BUILDER JOTFORM IS - THANK YOU. JUST A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS.

    ACCOUNT PAGE

    I am unable to access any of the options on the account page.  Is this owing to having a guest account and if so how do I change that?

    CHECK BOX

    I have created a number of check boxes on my form and all are working correctly except one that has the word "true" next to the check box.  How do I remove this without the check box being checked?

    I took a look at your account. I see that it is a free account, but that your account username is still the same as of a guest: guest_50362259197056

    If you wish, we can change this for you Tony?

    Looking a bit further it seems that your account might be guest since I am not able to access your account pages neither: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/

    The best way to fix this would be for you to sign up for a new account (but you will - at least temporarily - need to use a different email).

    Once you sign up for a free account, we will move your forms to it and your account pages should work properly for you.

    In regards to your question about the checkbox, since we can only have 1 issue/question per thread, I have moved it to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/550096 and we will be assisting with it shortly.
