Where does the information go when people hit the submit button?

I had been using an alternative form provider and I had to provide an email address where all submissions were sent.

I have not been asked to do that in this process of setting up a subscription form with jotform for a PPC FB advert.

    many thanks for your assistance.

The reason why JotForm will not pop-up and ask you every time where you want your notifications to go Maryanne is because it will use the email of your account to send the email notifications to by default.

Now you can always change see to which email and change it in the same place by following the next two guides:

Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications

How to properly Change and Test a New Email Recipient Address.

Now, just to cover everything. Even if the email is not sent, all of the submissions (submitted data) get saved to your Submissions Panel.

Once saved there, the emails are being sent and any integrations that you have are being run.

Do let us know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to assist with them.
