I cannot get the condition field to work

I have added a condition

if 'field' is equal to 'x'

then 'field' is unrequired

I checked your form and it appears as though the field you are trying to unrequire is not set do be required:

If those two selections are made, Engraving line 4 will not be required to be filled.  However, it is not required to be filled to begin with:

So there will be no change in your form.

As my colleague had mentioned, you need to set the line 4 field as required in order to make the condition work since if you leave the field as unrequired then the condition is useless because the field is already unrequired.
