Hi, is there any way to add optional fields to a given subscription choice. ie. to add extra options onto the base price of a service??

Hi MrB,

Sorry but at this time it is not possible with JotForm. We suggest that you include the cost of the extra add-ons to the cost of the main product and add it as a totally new product. For example:

() - Subscription A only ($10)
() - Subscription A plus $5 upgrade ($10 + $5 = $15)

Hi, many thanks for your feedback. I think we'll probably stick with what we've got at the moment then. We're due to revise our prices in the new year - we may well change it then.
