Creating a report

    I am a formscentral user and switch to jotform.  I found it very complicated to create a simple report with the information I needed.  Paypal payment is not reflected in the report.  What excel version is compatible to your system?  I would like to use excel but it is not supported in my application.  I used csv but you have to format it every time you open.  Is there a simple way to get the results without going to this process.  Formscentral report is much simpler.

    Hi there,

    When you download the report as an excel file, the file name of the downloaded file is .xlsx (Excel 2007 and above).

    I cloned your form and then I generated an excel and csv report. The paypal payment field is showing up correctly. Please check the screenshot below.

    In JotForm, you just need to click the form and then go to its submission area.

    In the submissions area, at the bottom pane, you will see you can download reports as excel, csv and pdf.

    You can also create a report by clicking the report button after selecting the form.

    And then select you preferred report type.
