combine two fields for unique submission

Is it possible to generate a unique submission by combining two fields (name-submission date)?  I need my submissions to generate a pdf in dropbox; however, I need a way to allow users to submit multiple forms - each time creating a new pdf.  I currently use their full name to create the folder, but when they fill in the appointment request again, it does not generate another pdf in dropbox.

I really need a solution asap. I know I have an option to print the submissions in dropbox; however, I need more of an automated process for my staff.

Im sorry to say I don't think this is possible but a JotForm support rep will assist you soon.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine two fields for unique submission using basic JotForm functionality. You can use an Unique ID element or session ID to generate the pdf name for dropbox, but your customer's name will not be shown in this case.

We hope for your understanding in this matter. Thank you for using our services.

This is very unfortunate as I need a way that users can submit multiple forms and have all forms sent to dropbox. The full name is the only way we can easily differentiate the submissions.

Does anyone have a suggestion that will work around Jotform's limitations?

So far we could not find a good workaround for this for now.

But your thoughts on this can be a good idea for an additional feature so I will try to submit a ticket to our development team and ask them about this.  It's just unfortunate that I cannot provide you a lead to when this feature can be implemented or when can this be considered for implementation.  But rest assured, if this gets implemented, you'll be informed of it.

This is a problem for me as well.  One example is a form I use to collect employee time off requests.  This doesn't work well with dropbox though.  Every time an employee submits a request, the previous request in their dropbox folder gets replaced with the new request.  This means if an employee makes more than one request, only the most recent is in dropbox.  I can fix this by using a unique id for the dropbox folder, but then I have no idea which file is for which employee without opening them one by one.
