    Hello Marie,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I am not sure why but previous attempts to send password reset instruction emails were not successful. I have initiated that again and as per our email logs, the password reset instructions email is sent successfully. 

    Please take a look at your email inbox and see if you have received it now. You may also like to check your spam folder as well. The email is send from "noreply@jotform.com" email address.

    Do get back to us if you have not received yet and we will manually forward it to your email address.
