    Hi there,

Trying to make something like this:

    Membership 1

    Features:

    Blog access

    More content

    Downloadable content

    Discounts from affiliates

    15% off everything

{Radio Button} text: Select this membership option

    Membership 2

    Features:

    Lots of great stuff

    Even better content

    Much better discounts

{Radio Button} text:  Select this membership option

    1.  Currently I have a text box with my features and then separately below I have a radio button.    Can these two items be combined in to one field?

    2.  Is there a way to setup 3 vertical columns side by side where users can view in one glance and make a selection?

I have included the current form in the URL and also a quick dummy on paint of what I am trying to achieve.

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi,

Rather than combining them, which will probably need more of an advance custom CSS code, would you be interested in converting your membership plan details into images and use the "Image Radio Buttons" to have it on a one liner? Here's the widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/image_radio_buttons.

    I hope that helps.

    Kind regards

Yes that would be ok, but how would I convert the details to an image?

You'll need to create the images using some image creating software like Adobe Photoshop, Paint or something you're familiar with. I was thinking it would be better in that way to make it more presentable. You can find our pricing page in some way similar to what you would like to achieve: http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    Yep that's exactly it.

I have the images prepared but is there a way to link it into the widget from my hard drive without a URL?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Unfortunately, no. You will have to upload the file and paste the URL in the widget configuration. You can upload it to image hosting sites such as imgur.com or ImageShack.us.

    Thanks
