I upgraded my account and I am still limited on payment submissions... Please fix this.

My account is now disabled due to going over my submission limit.. I need this fixed ASAP.

It seems that the subscription was activated while you are not logged into your JotForm account. The payment of the subscription was not linked to your account. I've now linked the payment with your JotForm account srpetfest. You should be able to login to your account now and see the status changed to Premium subscription.
