Unabel to convert to PDF form. It downloads a 0 bytes pdf file.

    it just says working, but nothing is ever produced or it says the download is corrupt.

    To my understanding you are saying you are unable to download your submissions via a pdf file since the download gets corrupted.

    I have cleared your form cache to refresh it. Please clear your browser cache then try it again on your end to see if that helps.

    If this issue continues then please tell us what form(s) you are experiencing this issue on and we will gladly investigate it further for you.

    here is the message and the name of the form we are having trouble with. I am also having trouble with the other forms in this folder.

    Hello MSSEF,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    Upon checking, I found that your form "2015 Middle School Regional Fair Survey" does not have any submission data. You will not be able to download the submission PDF.

    It seems you are having issues in converting your form to fillable PDF. I did try to create PDF version of form "2015 Middle School Regional Fair Survey" and I am able to replicate the issue. The PDF file which gets downloaded seems to be a 0 byte file. That is the reason why you are not able to open it.

    You seems to have over 190 form fields in your form. I cloned your form in my account and I am able to replicate the issue in cloned form as well. I deleted last two pages of form and then I was able to create PDF version of your form. I am not sure if there is any limits on number of form fields. 

    I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them

    Unfortunately, we have not received any update from our back end team yet. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that it is marked as important and one of our developer is already looking into this issue. We will get back to you on this soon.

    I am still not able to download my jotforms to pdf's this is extremely frustrating!!!! Can I speak to someone direct? It has now been close to a month with this problem and no answer???

    I checked your form again and I am unable to create a PDF version of it still.  I sent a request to see if there was any update regarding this.  My sincerest apologies, occasionally these issues take longer than we would like to resolve.  There is unfortunately not much else we can do until the developer has had a chance to address this.
