Is there a way to customize the confirmation email that someone receives when they submit the form?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to customize the confirmation email that your user receive when they submit the form. It's also easy to do it, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the top orange navigation bar.
2. Click on Email on the left sidebar.
3. Hover your mouse over Autoresponder, then click on Pencil icon.
4. Use our rich-text editor to customize the look and feel of the actual email body.

That's it. Please give it a try and let us know if you need more help. 

I saw this in a video and tried it. I was struggling to find how to connect it to my JotForm Sign file since it did it in sign builder not forms.

Thank you for reaching back to us. Since you are referring to Jotform Sign, unfortunately, it's currently not possible to customize Jotform Sign's confirmation email. As the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
