Aloha! First of all, let me say that I think JotForm is great, and I love it (both the website and the iPhone app version) - so very useful and convenient. We are using one particular form to accept proposal submissions (http://www.jotform.com/form/10904216202) for our conference. It's been working great, but today (one day before the deadline), a number of our submittees have been writing saying they are not able to upload their abstract files or sometimes submit their forms. Any idea what the problem might be and can it be fixed? I'm wondering if the increased number of people submitting forms today (29 so far) had anything to do (i.e., two people trying to submit at exactly the same time). This should not be a problem, though, right? We use nowhere near the capacity of our Premium account, and your servers must be set up to handle thousands of forms at once. Anyway, could you look into this and fix it? Don't take the form offline for any reason because people are still submitting, but if you can look into the problem unobtrusively, that would be great.

One of our servers had an hard disk failure. Since it wasn't down completely and only giving errors occasionally, we did not catch this one immediately. We are now looking into the problem.
JotForm should work fully now since other servers has taken over the load. You should not see any errors any more.
