I need to have one user enter multiple repeating events without having to fill-out the form for each event.

I am looking for something similar. I need to have one user enter multiple repeating events without having to fill-out the form for each event. Each of these dates would show up in the spreadsheet as a separate event.

Example: Gym Rental  

date        start time      end time

10/102012       7:00pm        9:00pm

10/17/2012      7:00pm        9:00pm

10/24/2012      7:00pm        9:00pm

10/31/2012      7:00pm        9:00pm
