Sending uploaded files to Zendesk as an attachment

    We are using jotforms with Zendesk and the attachments are not loading on Zendesk? Help!

    Hi,

    As far as I know, all files that are uploaded in the form will only come as a link instead of an attachment. I'm sorry, but I don't think we have an option to have the files comes as an attachment to your Zendesk system.

    You have it through Zendesk Email, right?
