How to have TEXT, Headers and Images from the form included in the Notification E-mail

I copy and pasted my wedding contract into a form and put a signature widget at the end. All I get in return is an image of their signature. Not what they are actually signing for. Also I want to sign the contract as well before sending it to them. There is no way of doing this?

    Thanks,

    Hi Desiree,

Unfortunately, images, TEXT and Headers from the form are not automatically included in the default Notification E-mail of the form.

So you will need to add them manually to the Notification E-mail template message.

    Here is an example customization

You can test submit my test form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51027626135954? to see an actual result.

I also suggest using the Narrative Fields widget on your form for the option to have this
