OK it looks like because I used a template these issues came up.
(1)
So apparently there is no direct EDIT from the Submit page. I understand that if I setup a autoresponder I can have the user edit their form, however that would be after the fact. So at this point and atleast until this functionality is a bit enhanced I am just going to use the default one. However is there any way to put a logo on that default 'thank you' page?
(2)
I also wanted to put an image on the email form that is being sent and I was not successful. It is asking for a URL and I need to upload an image locally. What am I missing?

You can upload an image to your JotForm account using an Image tool. Then, use provided image URL on form Thank You page and/or Email Alerts.
