Number of Submissions and Payment

We currently have the 1000 submissions per month plan. We expect 2-3 months of the year to have more than 1000 submissions. Will our plan be automatically upgraded for those months? Or will we need to do that manually? What happens if we have not upgraded and more than 1000 submissions are entered? Will we lose those submissions?

Hi,

You will need to manually upgrade your account. A prorated refund will be automatically applied as soon as you do that and a new charge will be taken from your card for the Economy Plan. Our system will automatically notify you through email when 90% of your submissions is reached.

All forms and submissions will be saved. You won't lose them once you reached your limits. Upgrading is optional, it's up to you to upgrade to increase your limits or wait for the next monthly reset schedule.
