Account not upgraded

    It seems that you are not logged in while upgrading your account and hence the payment was not linked to your account. I've now manually upgraded your account to Premium status. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    I notice that you have subscribed to Premium monthly subscription using PayPal. Since the account is upgraded without username and PayPal payments are not automated, it is quite difficult to monitor the renewal status of subscription every month. Hence, we'ld be cancelling your existing PayPal subscription and processing a refund for the paid subscription and set back your account to Free status. We request you to resubscribe to the paid subscription using the following link so that the monthly subscription is renewed and automatically linked to your account. Please allow 3 to 4 business days in order to process your refund.
