How to cancel monthly subscription or put it on vacation mode?

    Jotform monthly fee - we only run 4 months a year, can we put our account in "vacation" mode to reduce our monthly cost, without making webchanges?

    our web developer has to go thru many steps to attach the jotform for paypal credit card payments to our website, and there are fees involved with his services.

    Can we suspend our account for a few months, and then reactivate it - with little or no changes required on our web developers side?

    I can't seem to find a registered account with the email Also, I'm unable to find the form you are using in the website link:

    However, if you on a monthly subscription plan, you can cancel it and just re-upgrade.

    To cancel and upgrade your subscriptions you can follow the screenshots below:

    1. Log in to your JotForm account (make sure you are logged in), navigate to Settings->Billing/Upgrade->Then choose "Free"/"Starter" plan, this will trigger a cancellation of your current subscription.


    Please do take note that the account will only switch to Free/Starter when the current active subscription expires, this is because the last payment or charge that was made to your account already paid a month of service. 


    When you needed a paid account again, you can just repeat the steps again above but choose the upgrade or paid subscription plan instead.
