At this time Peter, we do not offer phone support, but we do provide support over forum, email, twitter and chat.
I would however always suggest asking your questions on our forum since it holds the fastest response times, while chat is not always active and once it is, due to a very large number of people online at all time it might be possible that it seems that it is not available at all or that it is available for only some short amount of time.
