Please change my subscription to starter plan.

    Hi, i don't need anymore the economy plan. Can i change to starter plan? May you help me with that?

    Hello umb,

    To downgrade your account back to started plan, your economy monthly subscription needs to be cancelled.

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription #26814604. You will not be billed again but your account will stay economy until April 27, 2015 for the time you have already paid. After this date, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
