Can I add a hover text over e-Signature Box?

Can I add a hover text over the e-signature box?  I am using the Smooth Signature widget, but don't seem to have the Hover Text option. 

I found my answer.  I was using the "Smooth Signature" widget, which didn't allow for a hover text box.  So I switched to the e-Signature widget and now I have my hover text.  Thank you!
