How to create fields with multiple inputs

    Hello, 

    Thank you very much for your answer. I mentioned the "Name" field because in the country where I live we usually write first our surname and then our first and second name, in that case I would need to A) edit the automatic field you have and I don't think it is posible or B) créate the field myself, in this last case, I counldn't manage to créate a field that has divided blank spaces to fill (in the same line). Could you please tell me how can I do that? As well as creating special fields such as the ones for adress "adress line 1; line 2; city; country, etc" that seem to be a same question but with múltiple fields to fill in. 

    I really apreciare your help, thank you SO much!

    For example, it is possible to use a single input Full Name field. Also, we can actually double-click on the Full Name field sub labels to change them. The Address field group is available under Quick Tools. Please take a look at the following animation.
