I cannot see the signed document I sent for signature

I cannot see a signed report I sent for signature. This is an urgent situation, please help ASAP

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to see the status of your Sign documents, checking your Sign Inbox is the best way to do that. Let me show you how:

• On your My Sign Documents page, hover your mouse over your document, and click on Sign Inbox.

On the page that opens, you can see all of the previously sent documents, and the documents waiting for you to sign.
