We contacted you a few months ago as we needed to know the domains yuo send emails from. You gave us three servers which we added to our white list.
We are now getting emails bounced because they appear to be coming from another server-
what is going on?

Sorry about this. We also use Amazon SES for our email services, but due to the large IP pool of Amazon, we could not give a specific list of IPs for whitelisting.
If your system can do whitelisting by domain, I suggest to include amazonses.com to your whitelists. If that's not possible, you can prevent your email notifications to be sent via Amazon SES. To do this, please change the sender email address to anything, except firstname.lastname@example.org.
As for the three IP addresses, I recommend for you to update what you have with these set of IPs:
Please let us know if you need further assistance. And again, we apologize for your inconvenience.

Since today I also recieve spam; same problem as described above.
Q= how to change email@example.com.

@daydreamshotel, it is possible to change the sender email through Notification settings:
In this case, you may also need to whitelist mentioned above in this thread IP addresses.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
