Hi, Jotform team- just wanted to let you know about a strange Digest email I received today. Here's the screenshot:

Thanks for patiently waiting. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me.
After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. You'll need to fix the form elements that would show on the Digest Email. It seems that the widgets are not currently supported by this. The screenshot below are the terms and conditions widget added to your form (shown in the second screenshot).
When I change the Visible fields to the regular form fields and sent a Test Email. It's not showing the error anymore. Let me show you how:
- You'll need to go to My Reports to access the created Digest Email on your form.
- Hover your mouse over the form and click the Edit option showing.
- You will now be routed to the page where you can customize the layout of your Digest Email.
- Click the Gear icon on the form section.
- Under the Submissions tab, uncheck the options under the Terms and Condition widgets. These are not supported by Digest yet and will cause an error.
- Lastly, click the Test Email to see the output of the Digest Email.
Here's a sample of a Test Email received.
You can use the Single Choice field instead of the Terms and Conditions widgets and set the field as required.
Then, you can go back and edit the Digest Email content. I sent another Test Email and it's not showing the error.

We have just resolved this issue, you can use the forms with Terms & Conditions Widget in the Digest now.

Hi, I'm getting this error again. This time, it is either with the Fill in the Blank field or the Signature field. Here's the form: https://form.jotform.com/233414727198058. Can you help me figure out why this is happening?
