Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to allow approvers to edit the form before approval. Yes, it's possible. You may customize the approval email to include an edit submission link, so the approver has the option of editing the submission.

1. Open your Approval Flow, then click the Settings button (gear icon) to go open the Approval Properties Panel.
2. On the Approval Propertied panel, go to the General tab.
3. Click the Edit button beside the Customize Approval Request Email setting.
4. Once the Approval Request Email window pops up, click the Form Fields option in the menu bar and add the Edit Link to the approval email. The approver can now edit the submission using this edit link before approving it from the approval email.

Also, make sure that the Restart Approval Flow On Submission Edit option is disabled in the Approval Settings. This will prevent the approval flow from restarting when an approver edits the submission.
