Submission PDF: Didn't recive the Zip file on my email

    I have 11 form submissions and it has been over 9 hours since I tried to download the PDF file and I still have not received it. I have a deadline for printing and submitting the forms to the district I am working with, when can I expect them?

    Hi Adams,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I have tried to download the cloned form submissions as a PDF and I didn't replicate the same issue. Check the screencast below:

    Also, I tried to download the PDF from the PDF Editor and it works with no issues. It allows you to Print the submission PDF. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo. 
    • Click on PDF Editor, That’ll take you to PDF Editor and automatically create a PDF Document for you.
    • Click on the Download button to download the PDF or All PDFs.
    • You can click on the Print button to print the PDF.

    Could you try again after clearing your browser cache or try it on a different browser?
