How can I recover my access code I need to get to a form and see orders that I’m missing

I'd love to share what I know just in case this could help. You might need to double check first if the email address you tried to sign in or log in with is the same email address as the one you used when making an account with Jotform.

I checked the email address you used to open this forum but I am getting a result that it is a guest account. If you have another Jotform account, could you kindly provide the associated email address so that we can confirm its status on our end?
